Synopsis:
Johnny gets a job as assistant secretary to millionaire Manny Bucks. Unfortunately Johnny's boss Oscar Ovaseer hates Johnny and tries to get him fired aboard the yacht of Mr. Bucks. Johnny's Thunderbolt protects him and forces Ovaseer to confess. However, when the yacht crashes into a submarine as Johnny predicts, his hour of control on the Thunderbolt has worn off. Johnny can't free the yacht, which angers Mr. Bucks.
