Synopsis:
A bandit named James Lawton has been paroled from prison. He has vowed vengeance on the people who put him away, including the Flash.
Using a device he has created, Lawton is able to control people he sees on television. He first takes control of the jury foreman. Then he captures the judge from his trial, the prison warden, and Iris West, who wrote articles about his crimes. Finally, he takes control of the Flash.
When Flash arrives at Lawton’s house, he is not under mental control of the crook. He has uncovered the plot, and the image Lawton saw on the television was tape delayed. Flash captures Lawton and frees the prisoners.
