Comments:
Mr. Nobody's origin is revealed in this story. His real identity is Morden, a former member of the Brotherhood of Evil. An Earth-1 version of Morden appeared in Doom Patrol #86. This is the earliest chronological appearance of the post-Crisis Morden.

This story also introduces the post-Crisis Sunburst. The pre-Crisis version of Sunburst was killed in Crisis on Infinite Earths #12.

Synopsis:
The Japanese hero named Sunburst has apprehended a woman who possesses every super power that has never been conceived. The woman was placed in a mental hospital after she attacked him. Two new super-villains, Sleepwalk and the Fog, break her out and bring the woman to their boss, Mr. Nobody.

Mr. Nobody then reveals to the group his origin. He was a one-time member of the Brotherhood of Evil working with Brain and Mallah. However, they abandoned him. Eventually he was subjected to the white room experiment of Dr. Bruckner and driven mad. As a result of his madness, he became a virtual man. He has now assembled a new brotherhood of misfits. This group is not concerned with good or evil, but chaos. Mr. Nobody christens the group the Brotherhood of Dada.
