Synopsis:
Scribbly is ignored by family and friends following the success of his baby brother's new film career. Scribbly decides to set out on his own to escape his troubles. Elsewhere, a carnival barker stages a fixed boxing match. When the crowd gets wise to the ruse, the challenger Captain Colorful helps the barker escape.
