Synopsis:
A briefcase containing the company payroll goes missing at Scribbly's office. Mr. Barlowe offers a reward for its return. Roscoe finds the locked briefcase while cleaning the office. He doesn't know about its contents or the reward. He attempts to sell the briefcase to a pawn shop, but they refuse to buy it. Instead, Roscoe takes it back to the office to give to Barlowe. He is shocked when he learns about the money inside.
