Synopsis:
A costumed crook named Dr. Cyclops begins using super-powered spectacles to commit robberies in Zenith City. When Robby hears the news, he becomes the super-hero Zip Tide and confronts the crook. Rather than apprehend his opponent, Robby has to save bystanders endangered by Dr. Cyclops.

When Dr. Cyclops later returns Robby becomes Super Nova to battle him. When his powers prove inadequate to deal with his foe, Robby re-dials and becomes a robot super-hero. As a robot, Robby is able to track down Dr. Cyclops in a secret cavern hide-out. Robby finally defeats his opponent, then turns him over to police.
