Synopsis:
Sammy writes a movie screenplay. He reads the play out loud for his brother and Mr. Barlowe. When they are critical of the play, which is derivative, Sammy storms out. Ving expects Sammy to return, but when he doesn't he begins searching. A police report sends Ving to Kentucky, but Sammy has actually gone to Hollywood seeking fame and fortune.
