Synopsis:
Scribbly takes his little brother for a walk. He tells his friend about his desire to be a famous cartoonist. When he returns home his mother tells him that he needs to wash up before meeting a guest. Scribbly takes a bath and guesses that the guest is his friend Herb. When he gets downstairs he sees Ving Parker waiting for him. Scribbly faints.
