Synopsis:

The cougar man appears impervious to Robby's powers, but Robby is able to lure him back through a time warp through which the creature appeared.

Burke, a lab assistant for Professor Morgan, approaches some crooks. He explains that Morgan has created a machine that brings legends to life. Using the machine to cause panic the crooks can commit robberies freely.

When the next legendary menace, an albatross, appears Robby becomes Chief Mighty Arrow to combat it. Once again he lures the creature through a time warp, then deals with the looting crooks. When Professor Morgan learns that his machine was used for crime he destroys it.
