Synopsis:
Larry Lance finds Donald Swain, the president of the chemical alliance, dying. Swain gives Larry a piece of cloth which he claims is worth millions. Larry is then kidnapped by a gang of crooks. Dinah witnesses Larry's abduction and tracks the crooks to their hide-out. She frees Larry, then they apprehend the thieves together. Larry learns that the cloth contained a valuable chemical formula, which he returns to the chemical alliance.
