Synopsis:
The Superboy Revenge Squad executes a new plan to destroy Superboy. They find three Red Kryptonite specimens and test them on Superboy and Krypto. The first specimen causes the Boy of Steel and his dog to hate one another. They begin a violent feud. Superboy finally uses Kryptonite against Krypto and appears to be killing his friend.

The Revenge Squad believes they have succeeded in their Red Kryptonite experiment, so they discard the other two specimens. Superboy and Krypto then reveal their feud was faked. They had already been exposed to the first specimen of Red K, so it had no effect. They faked the duel to get the other specimens away from the Revenge Squad. Krypto kicks the unused Red K into the sun where it is destroyed.
