Synopsis:
Barry Allen and Iris West deliver a hobby horse to Inez, Iris's niece. The horse suddenly begins flying and is taken by the Trickster. Barry follows as the Flash. Trickster uses the flying horse to rob a dirigible. Flash is forced to let the crook escape to save the passengers.

Flash learns that the Trickster has purchased two other toys, a surfboard and a tri-cycle. The crook uses the surfboard first. Flash must once again let the villain escape in order to save innocent bystanders.

Flash then prepares a counter-measure for the Trickster's last toy, the tri-cycle. When the Trickster uses it to rob a bank, Flash overcomes the toy and its weapons. The Trickster is then apprehended.
