Synopsis:
A spoiled rich boy, Peter Perkins, begins attending Smallville High School. The boy is stuck up and uses expensive gifts to buy his friends. He also pays tutors to do his homework for him.

Superboy decides to teach the boy a lesson. He holds a raffle to give away a super-wish. Peter buys every ticket and wins the prize. He wishes to be the smartest and best looking boy on Earth, so Superboy takes him back in time where he is the only boy on Earth. After leaving Peter in the past for a short time, Superboy returns. Peter has now realized the error of his ways. When he returns to the present, Peter stops acting like a brat and more like a normal boy.
