Synopsis:
Mars, god of war, becomes enraged because Wonder Woman continues to prove that women can be as strong as men. To prove that men are superior, Mars steals Wonder Woman's strenght and speed and gives them to Dr. Psycho, a runt of a man.

Dr. Psycho shows up Wonder Woman while she is performing at a circus event. The crowd doesn't appreciate Dr. Psycho because he is ugly, which proves that the beauty of Aphrodite is an important quality for Wonder Woman. The Amazon then comforts Dr. Psycho despite the fact that he continues to humiliate her.

Wonder Woman appears to be making progress in rehabilitating Dr. Psycho, until Mars arranges for Steve Trevor to witness a kiss between them. Wonder Woman tries to make Steve understand, which infuriates Dr. Psycho. However, the runt loses his powers, forcing Wonder Woman to protect him from injury. Dr. Psycho then storms off, vowing revenge.
