Synopsis:
Green Lantern receives a summons from the Guardians to visit the planet Parma in order to locate a missing Green Lantern, Davo Yull. Hal meets Davo's wife and begins his search on an island. Hal soon finds the energy drained from his power ring. On the island, he finds Davo who explains the a tyrant named Thraxon is responsible for the power drain.

Hal is forced to retrieve his power battery from inside a sea beast that has swallowed it. Inside, he discovers that his power ring works again. From inside the creature Hal is able to destroy Thraxon's weapon that drains power ring energy. Hal then battles Thraxon, beating him without the aid of the ring. Davo then returns to his home where he learns that his wife inadvertently gave the information on his power ring energy to Thraxon.
