Doc Magnus receives a threatening letter from an organization called B.O.L.T.S. The letter explodes, but Doc is saved by Tina. The evil organization is led by a giant robot committed to destroying humanity. Though Doc and the Metal Men try to stop the robot, they fail.
However, Tin's girlfriend, Nameless, has followed the team and witnesses their destruction. When the giant robot sees Nameless, he falls in love. The giant chases the girl robot. He is electrocuted when he tries to kiss her while she is connected to a high voltage fence. Nameless then saves Doc, who restores the Metal Men.
