Synopsis:
Strange underwater men attack a merchant ship and steal a cargo of coffee. The Sea Devils track the men through an underwater tunnel that leads to a world containing prehistoric creatures. Upon their arrival in the strange world, the Sea Devils undergo a startling transformation whereupon they physical change into creatures.

The team is then captured by the creatures, the leader of which is an old enemy of theirs, Captain Jared Hood. Hood explains that the inhabitants of this world were once human. He has developed a cure and is extorting them for their help.

The Sea Devils escape and attempt to discover a cure themselves. Nicky and Biff reach the outside world, where they regain their normal appearance. When they return, they incite the inhabitants to overthrow their leader. Hood takes revenge by killing them. The Sea Devils survive and capture Hood, returning him to the surface where he is incarcerated.
