Professor Toxino invents a new cure-all medicine. However, his findings are rejected by the Surgeon General. Seeking revenge Toxino unleashes a poisonous red winged fly whose sting causes madness. Both the Surgeon General and General Darnell are stung, causing them to start a brawl. Wonder Woman comes to the aid of the generals and incapacitates them.
Meanwhile, Toxino has gone to Holliday College to take his revenge on rival scientist Professor Chemico. Using the red winged fly, Toxino causes Chemico and Dean Sourpuss to go mad. They kidnap the Holliday Girls and set the dormitory on fire.
Etta Candy summons Wonder Woman for help. Before she can act, Wonder Woman is also stung by the fly. She goes mad and begins attacking Toxino. Fortunately Steve is able to use her magic lasso to get the Amazon to submit. Fearing further injury, Toxino confesses and offers the cure to the madness. Wonder Woman then rescues the Holliday Girls and cures the affected victims of the red winged fly stings.
