Synopsis:
Criminal scientist Dr. Koslo kidnaps several of the world's leading scientists using a device to mesmerize witnesses. The Blackhawks track Koslo to his hide-out, but the scientist turns the mesmerizer on the team. The team is convinced that Blackhawk is really Koslo, so they chase him while Koslo perfects another device that will allow him to steal by remote-control. Blackhawk escapes from the team and calls upon Blackie to help him. Blackie attacks Koslo, shocking the team back to reality. Koslo and his partner, Captain Hood, are then apprehended.
