Synopsis:
The Blackhawks encounter a criminal resembling a starfish with amazing powers. The crook gets away, but Blackhawk recognizes him as Dandy Craig. Further investigation reveals Craig was transformed into the human starfish by waste liquid at an oceanography lab. The team locates Craig’s hideout and is nearly captured. However, Blackhawk drinks the liquid too, also becoming a human starfish. He then defeats Craig. The effects of the liquid soon wear off both men.
