Synopsis:
The Blackhawks respond to a scene where the Killer Shark is committing a robbery. They are unable to stop him, but soon learn that the crook is still in prison. They check with their friend Anthony Marvel, a villain impersonator, and find that his Killer Shark costume is torn, just like the robber.

The team follows Anthony and learns that he has developed a split personality causing him to become a criminal. They capture his gang and turn him over to the authorities, so he can get help for his illness.
