Synopsis:
Newsman Jasper Weems follows the Blackhawks and records their exploits in a newspaper, the Blackhawk Gazette. Weems often gets the events mixed up, which upsets Andre. When Weems prints information about an anti-lightning gun the Blackhawks have developed for use against one of their foes, the villain reads about it and is prepared when the weapon is used against him. Weems is able to redeem himself when he accidentally blinds the villain, allowing the Blackhawks to capture him.
