Synopsis:
The Blackhawks are called to the nation of Belgovia to serve as guards while their country's treasures are on display. A criminal named Hvrilik has found the mystic wand of Zynarda which he uses to put Lady Blackhawk under his spell. When his men steal the treasures of Belgovia, Lady Blackhawk runs interference and prevents the Blackhawks from stopping them.

When the team learns that Zinda is helping the crooks, the Blackhawks lock her in a tower. However, she escapes with Hvrilik's help and steals the crown jewels. She takes them back to her master. Then she seizes a chance to destroy the wand which controls her. Once it is destroyed, the spell is broken. She calls in the other Blackhawks who capture the crooks and recover the stolen treasures.
