Synopsis:
The Blackhawks investigate a series of thefts involving animals that suddenly appear and disappear. The animals are brought to life from movie films by a criminal scientist. The Blackhawks learn which films have been stolen and are able to devise countermeasures for the animals they will face. Using these methods, they are able to stop the crimes and capture the scientist.
