Synopsis:
The Crime Commander abducts a group of top scientists and forces them to work on weapons to aid his crimes. The scientists alert Blackhawk to their predicament with a message on one of the weapons. Blackhawk sends back a message of his own, telling the scientists to signal him. They do, and the Blackhawks siege the island hide-out of the Crime Commander. Even using the advanced weapons, the crook is defeated by the Blackhawks.
