Synopsis:
The Blackhawks are summoned to South America where a group of rock creatures are causing destruction. The Blackhawks follow the creatures and learn that the come from an underground world. Dr. Darro, a criminal geologist is using the creatures to creature a panic. He then plans to disguise his gang as rock creatures and rob a gold mine. The Blackhawks find Darro who turns the rock creatures against them. Blackhawk discovers that light paralyzes the creatures, so he uses his flashlight to defeat them. Darro is then captured, and the cave from which the creatures came is sealed off.
