Synopsis:
Criminal Buzzer Barton designs several weapons designed to counter the Blackhawks. He sells the weapons to an underworld store where criminals can buy crime supplies. The weapons are effective against the Blackhawks because they utilize the team's belt-radio frequency. Blackhawk discovers the trick, but not before Andre is captured. The team is then forced to come to his rescue and shut down the underworld store.
