Synopsis:
The Challengers pursue a dangerous criminal called the Gargoyle across the rooftops. On one of them, the crook meets a young blind girl who doesn't realize he is a criminal. The Gargoyle falls in love with the girl and pays for an operation to restore her sight. When the girl recovers her eyesight, she is horrified to learn that the kind man she knew is an evil crook. The Challs catch up to the crook, who then threatens the girl. The Challs rescue were, but the Gargoyle escapes.
