Synopsis:
The Ray witnesses a masked madman abduct a woman, Diane, from a costume party. The abductor is Cadava, her former fiance, now a disfigured scientist. Cadava unleashes a machine that causes buildings to crumble. The Ray tracks Cadava to the sewers. He smashes the madman's machine and rescues Diane. Finally, he assists in the reconstuction of the city.
