Synopsis:
A rival gang called the Hooded Hijackers rob Highbrow Dillon of his recently stolen loot. Highbrow decides to get even with the hijackers by allowing the Atom to capture his gang. While Highbrow waits in jail, the Hijackers raid Dillon's hide-out and steal the plans to his next robbery. Highbrow tips off the Atom to the Hijackers next job. Atom then captures the gang.

Dillon then is released from prison, because he has proof that he was arrested for stealing his own property. Atom realizes that Highbrow set himself up, so the rival gang would be captured. Atom then uses the same tricks the Hijackers used to apprehend Dillon and his gang during a real robbery.
