Synopsis:
Oscar and Oswald Twigley are class pranksters. Their antics have caused one teacher to quit and several others refuse to take over the class. Superboy seeks to teach them a lesson by causing their pranks to backfire. Eventually the Twigley twins realize that their stunts are making them unpopular. The boys reform and become model students. As a result the boys are not expelled.
