Synopsis:
Superboy joins the boy scouts and helps his local troop. Superboy convinces Alvin Bolton to join the scouts to earn some self confidence. Walt Rockwood, the star athlete of the school, tries to sabotage Alvin's efforts to become an outstanding scout. With some timely help from Superboy, Alvin learns to persevere and becomes self-reliant. He even convinces Walt to join the scouts too.
