Synopsis:
Steve Trevor joins a space expedition to the moon. When their rocket returns to Earth only one member is present, Professor Owler, who has been transformed into an Owl. Wonder Woman learns that their rocket was forced to land on a small island planet inhabited by Circe, whom the Amazons had exiled. Circe transformed the men into animals.

Wonder Woman brings Owler back to Circe's island planet. She attempts to rescue the men, but Circe transforms her into a doe. Wonder Woman gets away and locates the antidote. She then distracts Circe, so that the men can be cured. Once Circe is in custody, Wonder Woman brings her back to Earth to be rehabilitated on Transformation Island.
