Synopsis:
Dr. Mary Dean has created a formula that shrinks objects to tiny size. Her fiance Roy Dirke intends to use the formula for his own benefit and shrinks Mary to eliminate her. Dr. Grey reports Mary's disappearance to Steve Trevor, who promises to investigate.

Wonder Woman arrives at the lab first and confronts Dirke and his men. She learns that the microscopic Mary is still in the room. When Steve and Dr. Grey reach the lab, Dirke uses the formula on them. Wonder Woman then allows herself to be reduced in size in order to find the others.

While Wonder Woman helps Steve, Grey, and Mary, Dirke searches the room in an attempt to kill them. Wonder Woman protects the others and helps Mary create an enlarging compound that restores the miniature people to normal size. Once her own height is restored, Wonder Woman apprehends Dirke.
