Synopsis:
After saving Rita Stevens from a burning building, Streak is given a vacation at a summer camp. Stan Richards, one of the boys at the camp, begins pulling dangerous stunts. Streak is forced to rescue him several times, but the boy continues to be reckless. When Stan jumps aboard a passing truck, Streak follows. The truck is driven by crooks. Streak and Stan are caught. They fight back and stop the gang. Streak and Stan are rewarded later for their bravery at a camp ceremony.
