Synopsis:
Jewel thieves kidnap the chief of police while an angry sculptor attacks Ted Grant at the unveiling of a statue. Ted changes into his Wildcat costume and stops the sculptor, Borin. He learns that Borin is angry because his sculpture wasn't chosen for display. The crooks used Borin as a diversion. With Borin's help, Wildcat tracks down the police chief and rescues him. He then apprehends the gang.
