Synopsis:
Tommy and Tubby see a crook break into a fur company window. They try to stop the crook with the help of Little Miss Redhead, but both she and Tubby are captured. Little Boy Blue and Toughy trail their friends to an old windmill where they find the gang. They lose the fight and are tied to the windmill with the gang leader, Tinker. Little Boy Blue manages to break his ropes, and Little Miss Redhead leads the gang into a trap. The boys finish capturing the gang, turning both them and Tinker over to police.
