Synopsis:
When Tommy Rogers sees a man fall out a window then disappear, he runs inside the building as Little Boy Blue to investigate. Inside, he finds the man he saw fall, then he is quickly jumped by some thugs. The other Blue Boys rush to Tommy's aid, but all three are captured.

The boys escape from a trap, then talk to the man Tommy saw fall. He is an inventor who has created several labor saving devices. One of the devices pushed him out the window, then brought him back inside. The crooks are trying to steal the inventions, but the Blue Boys regroup and stop the crooks. The inventor lends a hand, finishing off the last of the thugs with his inventions.
