Synopsis:
During the 18th century, a pirate crew led by Captain Murdock learns of a buried treasure in the town of Carver. Before they can go ashore, the pirate ship is enveloped in a grey mist. The pirates fall asleep only to awaken in the 20th century.

Believing that their treasure still exists, the pirates go ashore and follow their map. Their path brings them into contact with Wildcat, who tries to stop the pirates after they start a fight. Wildcat is taken prisoner aboard the pirate ship where he learns of the mist. He urges the pirates to seek medical help. They refuse, and soon the effects of the mist wear off. The pirates and their ship instantly age more than 100 years, causing their deaths.
