Synopsis:
Ted Grant and Stretch Skinner visit a homeless shelter. Ted meets Loco Luke who claims to have a map to a silver mine. Ted shows an interest in the man and promises to help him check out the mine.

When the desk clerk, Barney, hears Ted take interest in Luke's mine, he decides to steal the map. He hires two gangsters to help, but Wildcat stops them. Wildcat then accompanies Luke to the mine, while Barney and his men follow. Wildcat discovers that the mine is indeed authentic, then he defeats the crooks. Ted and Luke then become partners in the mining business.
