Synopsis:
Abra Kadabra arranges his release from jail by hypnotizing the governor into writing him a pardon. Once released, Kadabra performs in a series of stage shows. The shows use life-size puppets in comedic acts. The most popular of which is a Flash puppet which gets humiliated by Captain Creampuff.
Barry Allen, the Flash, is determined to save his image. He puts on a one man war against crime. The crack down on crime causes attendance at Kadabra’s shows to dwindle. Angry at the competition, the magician turns Flash into a puppet and forces him to perform in the show.
Flash is able to overcome the transformation spell and revert to his normal form. He apprehends Kadabra, who confesses his illegal release from prison.
