Synopsis:
On his way to a club meeting, Tommy Rogers helps to retrieve a baby's rattle that was taken by an organ grinder monkey. Tommy notices that the monkey seems to take shiny objects, but the organ grinder claims the objects are of no value.

During his club meeting Tommy learns that a valuable necklace was stolen. A club pin was found at the crime scene, and Tommy's is the only one missing. Tommy realizes that the monkey must have taken it. As Little Boy Blue, Tommy tracks down the organ grinder, whom he learns has intentionally trained the monkey to steal. Little Boy Blue and the Blue Boys apprehend the crooks, return the stolen necklace, and take custody of the monkey.
