Synopsis:
Three crooks use a sound effects record to create a commotion. Then while everyone is distracted, the crooks rob a bank across the street. Mr. Terrific sees them enter the bank. Though, he tries to stop them, he is knocked out during the fight. When he recovers the crooks are gone, but he remembers their license plate number. Mt. Terrific tracks down their car and catches the bandits in their hide-out.
