Synopsis:
Captain Samson continues to hunt a protected species of whale even after an international committee has agreed that the whale should be protected. Since the agreement is not an official law, Samson cannot be arrested though he is despised for his actions.

Aquaman joins Samson's crew and secretly protects the whales. Samson discovers that Aquaman is aboard and makes him walk the plank. Two attempts to drown Aquaman fail. Then Aquaman shocks Samson with some electric eels. Samson finally conceeds and agrees to stop hunting the endangered species.
