Synopsis:
A delegation from the small nation of Vala visits Smallville. The president of Vala is not impressed with Superboy because his country has a greater hero named Prince Power. Smallville's mayor Higgins forms his own delegation to visit Vala and meet Prince Power in person.
Superboy takes the delegation to Vala where monuments to Prince Power's past deeds are on display. Prince Power then appears and stops an avalanche. However, Prince Power is really Superboy.
Superboy remembers that when he once stopped a meteor, he got temporary amnesia and became Prince Power, the hero of Vala. When he regained his Superboy memory, he forgot that he was Prince Power. Now that he has returned to Vala, his memory is fully restored.
Not wanting to ruin Vala's national pride, Superboy doesn't reveal that he is really Prince Power. When the Smallville delegates create one final test involving Kryptonite, Superboy has a local boy substitute as Prince Power. The Smallville delegates are then satisfied that Prince Power is a real hero.
