Synopsis:
Jaspar Crow has invented a machine capable of causing hurricanes. He uses the machine to destroy factories devoted to the war effort. Spies also steal a new formula for concentrated food pill from Dr. Foster. Black Condor damages Crow's plane. Crow offers to trade the hurricane weapon to America when Hitler tries to cheat him. Black Condor retrieves the food pill formula, then stops Crow who planned to double-cross him.
