Synopsis:
When police pursue bandit Joey King, the crook is killed after driving off a cliff. A note is found on King indicating a shipment of guns is scheduled to be delivered that day. Superboy goes undercover as a telegram delivery boy in order to find the smugglers. After delivering all his telegrams, Superboy is still unable to identify the smuggler. However, he realizes that the telegraph operator Mr. Baxter could have received a message. He checks the trash and discovers the evidence to prove that Baxter is the crook.
