Synopsis:
Crooks steal a newly invented gas which liberates impulses. When exposed to the gas people including the Flash begin acting on childish impulses. Fortunately Flash's impulse is to play "cops and robbers". When the crooks try to take advantage of the situation with a series of robberies, Flash stops them. Eventually the gas wears off. Flash and the townspeople then return to normal.
