Synopsis:
Archaeologist Richard Grey leads an expedition into Outer Mongolia with his wife and newborn son. The expedition is attacked by Yakki Raiders and killed to a man. Only the young child survives. The boy is found by a mother condor who takes the boy to her nest and raises him as her own. As the boy grows he learns to fly like the condors. After studying the birds, he is finally able to master flight.

One day, the condors are attacked by eagles. The flying man falls in combat and is found by Father Pierre. The hermit teaches the young man the ways of man dubbing him the Black Condor. After a year with Pierre, the Black Condor discovers the hermit murdered by the raiders of Gali Kan. Putting his skills to use the Black Condor becomes a hero and defeats the raiders, ending their reign of terror.
