After the spies kill Professor Lincoln, Roy swallows a capsule containing the only sample of 27-ORX. The capsule reacts with his body making him bulletproof and giving his hands explosive force.
Roy finishes off the spies, but another group returns later to look for the formula. Wearing a suit of fibro-wax, Roy stops them too. He locates an encoded message which leads him back to the spy leader. Roy the gets retribution for his father's death by killing the spy using his explosive fists.
